Important: the 12-word recovery phrase cannot be recovered
Taccoin is non-custodial: your recovery phrase is created and stored only on your device and never reaches our servers. The support team — or anyone else — cannot recover, reset, or restore funds without it. Keep it written down somewhere safe, never send it to anyone, and never include it in a support ticket.
How-to guides
Getting started: create or import a wallet
- 1Download the app from the official link and choose your language.
- 2Choose “Create wallet” to get a new 12-word recovery phrase, or “Import” to enter an existing phrase.
- 3Write the words down in order on paper, keep them safe, then confirm them in the app.
- 4Set a 4–6 digit PIN and enable biometrics if you like.
- 5You can add multiple wallets and switch between them from the top of the home screen.
Security and backup
- 1Your recovery phrase is the only key to your funds — whoever has it controls the wallet.
- 2Never photograph it or send it in chats or email, and never share it with “support” — our team will never ask.
- 3You can save an encrypted backup to Google Drive from Settings and restore it with the password you set.
- 4Every send or swap requires your PIN, and deleting a wallet from the device requires your PIN too.
Sending and receiving
- 1To receive: open “Receive”, choose the token and network, then share the address or QR code.
- 2To send: open “Send”, choose the token, paste or scan the address, enter the amount, review fees, and confirm with your PIN.
- 3Always double-check the network (e.g. USDT on TRON is different from USDT on BNB Smart Chain).
- 4Save frequent addresses in the address book to avoid copy-paste mistakes.
- 5Track each transaction in the activity history and open the explorer link for on-chain details.
Sending USDT on TRON without TRX
- 1When sending USDT on TRON, the app calculates the Energy rental cost and shows it before you confirm.
- 2The cost is paid in USDT itself, so you don't need TRX.
- 3The transfer uses two signatures: one for the Energy cost and one for the USDT transfer.
Buying and selling with local payments
- 1Open the “Local” tab, choose your country, then “Buy USDT” or “Sell USDT”.
- 2Pick a payment method, enter the amount, review the rate and what you'll receive, then create the order.
- 3For buying: transfer the amount to the displayed account, then tap “I've paid”.
- 4Track the order in “My requests”: awaiting payment → under review → completed (or rejected/cancelled).
- 5If an order is delayed, open a “Local payment order” ticket and include the order number.
Swapping tokens
- 1Open “Swap” and choose the token to sell and the token to buy on the same network.
- 2Review the quote and fees, then confirm with your PIN.
- 3Swaps are available on supported EVM networks, and selected stablecoins have zero swap fees.
Payment requests, watch-only wallets, and notifications
- 1Payment request: create a link or QR for a set amount and share it so the other person can pay you easily.
- 2Watch-only wallet: add any address to follow its balance without keys; it shows only that network's tokens.
- 3Notifications: you get alerts for sends and receives, collected in the notification center with full details.
Support ticket statuses

Tickets are automatically ordered by importance, so urgent problems are handled first:

Taccoin is a non-custodial Web3 crypto wallet built for Arabic-speaking users. One app lets you hold, send, and receive assets, swap tokens, buy and sell USDT with local payment methods, create payment requests by link or QR, and join an in-app community and news feed.
Yes. Only you hold your keys. Your recovery phrase is generated and stored encrypted on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers. The Taccoin team cannot access your funds or recover your phrase if you lose it.
Bitcoin, TRON (including USDT-TRC20), and EVM networks: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and Avalanche. You can also add any custom token by contract address on supported networks.
When you open the app, choose “Create wallet” to get a new recovery phrase, or “Import” and enter the recovery phrase of a wallet you already have in another app. You can manage multiple wallets and switch between them easily.
With a 4–6 digit PIN and lockout protection, biometric unlock when available, PIN confirmation for every send or swap, and screenshot blocking on sensitive screens. Your PIN is also required to delete any wallet from the device.
Write down your recovery phrase and keep it somewhere safe. You can also save an encrypted backup to Google Drive and restore it later. Never share your recovery phrase or PIN with anyone — the Taccoin team will never ask for them.
Yes. In the app's “Local” tab, pick your country and payment method (e-wallets or bank transfer depending on the country), then create a buy or sell order for USDT. You see the rate and the amount you will receive before creating the order.
Your orders appear under “My requests” with their status until completion: awaiting payment, under review, completed, or rejected/cancelled. Open any order to see its full details.

Not necessarily. The app lets you pay the transfer cost (Energy rental) in USDT itself. The cost is shown before you confirm and is deducted from your USDT balance — no TRX required.
Yes, on supported EVM networks (such as Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and Base). You see the quote and fees before executing and confirm with your PIN — no exchange account needed. Selected stablecoins have zero swap fees on the same chain.
Create a payment request for a specific amount and token and share it as a link or QR code. The payer opens the link, sees the payment details and your address, and pays you easily while you track the request status.
Add any address to follow its balance and transactions without private keys; you cannot send from it. It shows only tokens of that address's network — for example, a TRON address shows only TRON tokens.
Yes. You get notifications for incoming and outgoing transfers, all collected in the in-app notification center. Tap any notification to see full transaction details with an explorer link.
Yes. The address book (contacts) lets you save addresses under clear names and pick them when sending, avoiding copy-paste mistakes.
An in-app space to post updates and photos, like, comment, and share, browse the latest and trending posts, and get notified when people interact with your posts.

When sending, you pay the network fee (or the Energy cost in USDT on TRON); swaps may include a service fee. All costs are shown clearly before you confirm any transaction — nothing is deducted without your knowledge.
