Send USDT by link to someone without a wallet
Last updated: · By the Taccoin team
Short answer
In Taccoin you create a link for a USDT amount (1–200 on BSC or 10–1000 on TRON) and share it via any messaging app; whoever opens it receives the full amount in the app or to their address. You pay the fees, the link lasts 7 days, and you can refund it if unclaimed.
Steps
- 1
Open “Send by link” in the app and choose the network: TRON or BSC.
- 2
Enter the amount and review the fees you pay (network reserve plus any service fee).
- 3
Create the link. You can add an optional security code and share it with the receiver separately.
- 4
Share the link. When opened, the receiver gets the full amount in the app or to any address they choose.
- 5
Track the link in “My transfers”, and refund it after 7 days if it's unclaimed.
Send by link vs send to an address
| Send by link | Send to an address | |
|---|---|---|
| Receiver needs an address first | No | Yes |
| Who pays fees | The sender; receiver gets the full amount | The sender |
| Refund if unclaimed | Yes, after 7 days | No, the transfer is final |
| Amounts | 1–200 USDT on BSC, 10–1000 on TRON | Up to your balance |
Frequently asked questions
Does the Taccoin server see the link's private key?
No. The link key sits after # in the URL (#k=) and is never sent to the server. The server only knows the ephemeral wallet address and verifies and broadcasts the transaction.
What if someone else gets the link?
A link works like cash: whoever opens it first can claim it. Send it only to the intended person, and use the optional security code sent in a separate message.
Can the receiver cash out?
On TRON the receiver can cash out through the in-app local payment desk, depending on the methods available in their country.
